My expected delivery date has passed. What do I do now?


Once your order is processed and navigates through our shipping steps, you can anticipate its arrival within 7-10 business days via Standard Shipping. For international destinations, kindly allow an additional 2-5 days. Please note that Sunday deliveries adhere to standard carrier terms. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include intervening holidays or weekends.

For Priority and Express shipping, expedited delivery times apply. Different carriers handle these services, resulting in quicker delivery than the standard timeframe.

When tracking your order, use the tracking number provided on the carrier's website. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly once a package is in transit, as they will have the most accurate and up to date information.

For Mail Innovations packages, pay special attention to the 'Shipment Progress' details on the UPS website; this is your go-to for the most accurate delivery date information. Please be aware that Mail Innovations involves a collaborative effort between UPS and USPS. During the handover, there might be a delay in tracking updates, and the estimated delivery date displayed can be incorrect. Use your USPS Tracking Number on the UPS website to access the freshest information as USPS takes the lead in the final stretch of the journey.

What Should I Do If My Order Takes Longer Than Expected?

We don't consider a package lost until 11 business days have passed since it left our warehouse. Delays due to ground or air transportation issues, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control are regrettably out of our hands.

Our warehouse is closed and will not be shipping on the following holidays. Orders placed on these dates will ship the next available business day.
