How will my order ship?

Calendars.com uses various carriers to ensure your package arrives by its estimated delivery date. Most orders are sent with Standard Shipping. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to Priority or Express Shipping.

To upgrade your shipping, choose the appropriate selection on the Shipping Options page of checkout. The chart below details the default carriers that Calendars.com uses.

* We contract with UPS Mail Innovations and DHL as mail consolidators for USPS. This means UPS Mail Innovations or DHL will pick up your package from our facility and deliver it to the US postal office near your shipping address. USPS will delivery the package the rest of the way to the destination address. Shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Calendars.com reserves the right to alter the carrier as it deems necessary.

My package only shows that it was scanned in Austin. Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Typically, our shipping partner scans packages twice; once when they pick it up from our Austin, TX facility, and again when the package is delivered to the local postal facility.

Occasionally, packages are scanned at a sorting facility along the way.Please allow 7 business days for Standard Shipping in the U.S.This does not include holidays and weekends. If you need assistance with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.


Why do I receive an error when I try to track my package with DHL?

Calendars.com uses UPS-Mail Innovations as our shipping consolidator for USPS packages. Tracking information for orders shipped using Standard or Priority shipping typically updates 24 hours after the item has shipped.

Click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the link in your account to track your order. If you have your tracking number, click here. If you attempt to track your package before 24 hours have passed, you may receive an error message indicating your package is not in the system. This does not mean your package has not shipped. Please allow UPS-MI 1 to 2 business days to add your up-to-date tracking information.

Can I go directly to UPS-MI to track my package?

Yes! UPS-MI is our shipping consolidator. They pick your package up from us and deliver it to the United States Postal Service for delivery to you.

What do you mean by business days?

Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday with the exception of intervening holidays.

Can I order now and choose a later shipping date?

We are unable to offer scheduled delayed shipping at this time. The only items that we do not expect to ship out within 1 to 2 business days are items on Preorder or Backorder.


Why is there a shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories?

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, we charge a flat-rate extended area shipping surcharge of $9.99 due to the cost of shipping to these areas. This extended area shipping surcharge is in addition to any applicable standard, priority or express shipping costs.
