SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Calendars.com may allow users to submit comments, reviews, feedback, questions, suggestions, and other content ("Content") through our websites. All content submissions must be in English.

By submitting Content, you confirm that: (1) you are the sole creator and owner of the Content; (2) you are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with permission from a parent or legal guardian; (3) your Content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Guidelines.

License Grant for Submitted Content

By submitting Content, you grant Calendars.com a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and sublicense the Content in any media, now or in the future. You also grant Calendars.com the right to use any name you submit in connection with your Content.

Do not submit any Content if you do not agree to these terms. Calendars.com is under no obligation to: (1) maintain submitted Content in confidence; (2) compensate you for any Content; (3) respond to any submission.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit Content that:

  1. Is false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate
  2. Includes personally identifiable information (such as full names, addresses, or phone numbers)
  3. Violates any law or regulation
  4. Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights
  5. Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or abusive
  6. Contains unsolicited advertising, promotions, spam, or links without permission
  7. Includes pyramid schemes, chain letters, or fraudulent solicitations
  8. Impersonates another person, brand, or organization
  9. Includes malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  10. Targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, religion, or disability
  11. Was paid for by a third party without disclosure or authorization
  12. Violates any policy posted on Calendars.com or disrupts normal site use

Calendars.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, refuse, or remove any submitted Content at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these guidelines.

By submitting Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calendars.com and its affiliates from any claims related to your submission.
