The Sonic the Hedgehog Imagine Ink Magic Ink Pictures pad puts kids in mess-free coloring mode with scenes featuring Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose, and Shadow racing across the pages. The included magic ink marker reveals full color only on the imagine ink paper, which keeps the activity contained to the book itself. From Bendon.
Sonic stays close to the top of the kid-IP roster through the live-action film series, the Sonic Prime show, and the long line of Sega games. The activity pad puts more Sonic in front of a kid who already plays the games or wears the t-shirt. Mess-free coloring also earns its keep on travel days, since the marker stays exclusive to the imagine ink paper and leaves car seats and restaurant tables alone. Tuck the pad into a backpack, a glove compartment, or a travel tote for impromptu activity time. Tails and Knuckles get plenty of page time too, which keeps fans of the secondary cast happy. Sonic himself shows up on most pages with at least one supporting character, so kids do not have to wait long between blue-blur appearances.
