OUR ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026
At Calendars.com, we want everyone to be able to shop with us easily, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice recognition software, or switch devices. We are working to make Calendars.com and our other digital platforms accessible to all of our customers.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our benchmark. These are internationally recognized guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities. We regularly test our site against them and work to fix the issues we find.
- Site structure: We use clear headings, lists, and other formatting so our pages are easier to navigate with assistive technology.
- Text alternatives: We work to provide alternative text for images and captions or transcripts for video and audio content.
- Keyboard navigation: We design our site so it can be used with a keyboard, without a mouse.
- Consistent design: We keep our layout and navigation consistent across our pages, so the site works the same way each time you visit.
- Display settings: Our site includes an accessibility toolbar (look for the accessibility icon on the page) that lets you adjust text size, contrast, and other display settings to suit your preferences.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time project. We continue to review our site, update content, and act on feedback from customers. Despite our efforts, some parts of our site may not yet fully meet the standard above. If you run into one, please tell us so we can fix it.
Some content on our site comes from third parties, such as embedded videos, social media links, and outside platforms like Instagram or YouTube. We don't control that content, and it may not meet the same standard. If you have trouble with it, let us know and we will help you find what you need another way.
