We are unable to offer scheduled delayed shipping at this time. The only items that we do not expect to ship out promptly are items on Preorder or Backorder.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories cost significantly more than standard US orders and are subject to varying fees depending on carrier. Due to this, we are unable to offer free shipping and must pass along more cost to the customer.

Yes! UPS-MI is our shipping consolidator. They pick your package up from us and deliver it to the United States Postal Service for delivery to you.

Calendars.com uses UPS-Mail Innovations as our shipping consolidator for USPS packages. Tracking information for orders shipped using Standard or Priority shipping typically updates 24 hours after the item has shipped.

Typically, our shipping partner scans packages twice; once when they pick it up from our Austin, TX facility, and again when the package is delivered to the local postal facility.
Occasionally, packages are scanned at a sorting facility along the way. Please allow 7 business days for Standard Shipping in the U.S. This does not include holidays and weekends. If you need assistance with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Every order is packed for safe delivery. Depending on the size and contents of your order, we use padded mailers, cardboard wraps, or boxes to protect your items in transit.
Calendars.com uses a variety of carriers to ensure your package arrives by its estimated delivery date. Most orders are sent with Standard Shipping. For faster delivery, with an additional fee, you can upgrade your shipping. The upgrade options depend on destination and may include Priority, Express and Next Day Shipping. To upgrade your shipping, choose the appropriate selection on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Check the banner at the top of the site for the current offer, as the threshold varies by season. During the holiday season we run our most generous free shipping promotions on calendar orders.

Most in-stock orders leave our Austin, Texas warehouse within 24 hours of being placed. During November and December, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Orders with Priority, Express, or Next Day service ship within 1-2 business days.

Cutoff dates vary by shipping method and are updated each year. Visit our Holiday Shipping Calendar for the current cutoff dates to guarantee delivery by December 25.
