MISSING OR MISMATCHED PUZZLE PIECES

2
Gather your info
Photos, order number, and the puzzle box details.
3
Email the right team
Who you contact depends on where you bought it.
1. Start with a careful search

Puzzle pieces are notorious escape artists. Before reporting anything, take a few minutes to check the usual suspects:

  • Under couch cushions and between sofa crevices
  • Inside the vacuum cleaner bag or canister
  • In robe, sweater, or pants pockets
  • Under furniture, rugs, or the puzzle box itself
  • Carried off to other rooms by pets or small children

A thorough search finds the piece more often than you would think.

2. Check the manufacturer and gather your info

Once you are sure the piece is truly gone, or if you have a piece that does not match, look at the puzzle box to check the manufacturer and note where you purchased it. Then gather:

  • A photo of the assembled puzzle showing the missing or mismatched piece
  • A photo of the puzzle box
  • Your order number or receipt
  • Any other details that might help us
3. Email the right team
