How quickly do orders ship?
If your order has not left our warehouse in the timeframe stated above, please log in to your account and ensure your order contains all in stock merchandise
If your order contains out of stock merchandise: If your payment information is saved to your account, the out of stock items will be removed from your order and the in stock items will be shipped. If we are unable to replace your order we will contact you via email.
Orders containing preorder calendar merchandise are held until all preorder calendar items are available to ship. There are a few exceptions. All preorder gifts, games, toys and books ship as soon as we receive them in our warehouse. Any titles that begin before January of the next year will be shipped at least 2 weeks prior to their start date. If you wish to have us ship your in stock merchandise immediately, simply email us, and we will split your order into two shipping groups and ship the in stock merchandise immediately.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Typically, the United States Postal Service scans packages twice; once when they pick it up from our Austin facility, and again when the package is delivered to the local postal facility.
Occasionally, packages are scanned at a sorting facility along the way. Please allow 7 business days for Standard Shipping in the U.S. This does not include holidays and weekends.
What is DHL?
DHL is our shipping consolidator. They pick your package up from us and deliver it to the United States Postal Service for delivery to you.
Please click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the link in your account to track your order. If you have your tracking number available, click here.
If you attempt to track your package before 24 hours have passed, you may receive an error message indicating your package is not in the system. This does not mean that your package has not shipped. Please allow DHL 1-2 business days to add your up-to-date tracking information.
Packages shipped by Calendars.com cannot be tracked on the worldwide DHL website. This is due to the involvement of multiple postal authorities.
