"I've been getting the Wysocki Americana calendars for probably 10 years now and I always look forward the getting the new year's edition. They are such high quality and I get to look at a new Wysocki print each month. Shipping is an additional bonus! Care was taken in getting my calendar to me. Thank you Calendars.com!!" - Wysocki Fan
"I have been a fan of Charles Wysocki's paintings for many years. I discovered your excellent calendars featuring his work many years ago and have been ordering those calendars ever since. I'm sure you're aware that other printers also sell similar versions of your calendars, but I believe yours are the best by far. I've found that ordering from you guarantees that I get a very high-quality product every time. The quality of the reproductions makes them great for framing, which my wife and I have done with many of them, which are displayed in our home. Our entire home has always been furnished and decorated in Colonial style, so we've had lots of room for Wysocki's paintings, including several much larger reproductions of his work which we've obtained through art dealers. Thank you for printing these great calendars over the years. As long as you keep producing them, we'll keep ordering them." - Larry

Artist Charles Wysocki (1928-2002) celebrates the historical richness of the American past in his artwork, taking inspiration from the pastoral moods of the small towns of New England and rural Pennsylvania. As he said of his work, ?I hope my paintings revive pleasant thoughts of order and security, much needed in this fast-paced world.? While working as a commercial artist, Wysocki would use his free time to work on his Americana/primitive paintings. After a one-man show, at which he sold every painting in this style, he decided to leave commercial art for good and focus on his Americana art. ?In my paintings, I want to hit every emotion I can ? from the sublime to the silly,? Charles Wysocki said. He was remarkably successful in his endeavors, as a legion of fans and art collectors can attest. ?There is a simple message in my work,? Wysocki said, ?and it is love.? In 1972, Wysocki started his relationship with AMCAL. Together they produced the first Americana Calendar, which has been published annually ever since along with his Wysocki Cat Tales line featuring a Mackerel tabby known as Frederick the Literate. After his passing in 2002, Charles Wysocki fans have continued to be able to enjoy his work through the partnership and the many calendars created.
