Your credit card has been authorized. Your order has downloaded to our order system.


If your order contains Preorder or Backorder merchandise, your order will remain in Processing status until all items are available for shipment in the warehouse. Once all shipping groups in your order ship, your order will move to Shipped.

Preorder and Backorder merchandise are items not yet instock but will be after the specified date on the product page:

Please note that availability dates for preordered and backordered items are estimates provided by the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to change these arrival dates as needed. For the most up to date information please contact our Customer Service Team.

In Stock:

If your order contains In Stock merchandise only, Processing status means your order has downloaded to our warehouse and should be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

If your order contains Out of Stock merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Team.


We have shipped all the merchandise available in our inventory associated with your order.

Your order has been canceled.

Orders are canceled for the following reasons:

  • Customer requests to cancel order prior to order shipment
  • Order contained Out of Stock merchandise
  • Order contained In Stock and Out of Stock merchandise, but we were unable to issue a replacement
