As a local native from McFarland, Wisconsin, Barb Anderson recalls spending many of her childhood summers in her grandparent’s beautiful flower gardens. Her passion for the outdoors, gardening, and wildlife blossomed at this very young age and soon became a large influence in her artwork.

In 2006, Barb joined LANG and began submitting her art for the Botanical Gardens collections. Her collection features a colorful array of flowers with rich hues of blues and yellows which truly capture the essence of a botanical garden. Her collage art can be described as vintage ephemera featuring intricate details of butterflies and floral motifs. Many of Barbs’ designs have been inspired by the floral gardens, from which she recalls many of her fondest childhood memories.
