About Lang Companies

Since establishment in 1982, LANG has become the essence of distinctive artistic expression embodied in fine home and gift products through our signature Americana themes that are synonymous with the LANG brand name. Each year brings an exciting opportunity to add new artists to the LANG Family so that we can continue to expand our unique artwork collection onto more calendar formats such as weekly planners, monthly planners, desk planners, pocket planners and more. We invite you to share in the tradition so many have followed through the years in enjoying beautiful artwork with loved ones. Whether it be in a LANG Wall Calendar that reminds you of someone special every day or a LANG Christmas Card that shows your loved ones how much you care, or a gift they will cherish for years, LANG's quality and inspiration stands the test of time.

Why Christmas Cards?

For many people, few things create a greater feeling of holiday cheer and happiness than receiving a LANG classic Christmas card from friends and family. Our holiday cards feature enchanting vintage Christmas card artwork created by popular LANG artists, so you’re sure to find the right card for those you love. Whether you’re sending a card featuring Norman Rockwell-style art or a whimsical Santa Claus card, you’ll know that the recipient will be happy every time they see your card on their mantle or refrigerator. Try pairing your cards with LANG Christmas gifts, like home decorations or fun stocking stuffers, to make this a memorable holiday season.

More Info

Artist Mary Singleton approaches her craft as a storyteller, painting imaginary scenes of rural America that reflect a simpler and more idyllic time. Using vivid color and rich detail, Mary creates heartwarming images that evoke an almost magical quality. Raised on a farm in southeast Wisconsin, Mary is a self-taught artist who began drawing as a child. The pastoral countryside and small towns along the Rock River provided her joy and also creative inspiration. Today, Mary paints from her “Studio in the Woods,” creating “stories” that recapture the feeling and memories of the beautiful river valley of her childhood. Using acrylics, she incorporates an abundance of color, activity and children into her artwork to communicate a sense of joy and innocence. Mary’s award-winning artwork has been displayed in galleries, art shows and on the covers of magazines. In 1992, Wisconsin Public Television named her “Artist of the Year.” Mary has lived in the same picturesque Wisconsin town for over sixty years. She has four children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
