When asked to define her artistic style, designer Lori Siebert will tell you she likes to be a bit of a chameleon. Finding inspiration from her kids’ drawings, an old quilt, or an off-beat piece of folk-art, Lori creates her designs using everything from acrylics and watercolor to fabric. Experimentation with different styles and mediums coupled with Lori’s insatiable curiosity, her whimsical design sense and fresh approach to color and sentiment give each collection its own unique personality. Creating unique brands and targeted collections for licensed products was a natural evolution for Lori. The Olika design staff has developed programs for influential retail clients that include Bath & Body Works, Target, Nickelodeon, Longaberger, and Limited Too. Lori began the licensing arm of her business with dinnerware and accessories, but quickly expanded into craft, paper party goods, and gift and home décor products. Lori loves to conceptualize new product types and create 3-D prototypes. With an ever-expanding portfolio overflowing with originality, Lori Siebert cherishes the opportunity to be creative every day.
