USING A COUPON CODE

Calendars.com has special offers that we make available to new and current customers. These offers can provide a discount on merchandise or free shipping on an order. All promotions at Calendars.com have an expiration date. Most of the promotions at Calendars.com cannot be combined with other offers or discoutns.

There are two kinds of promotions:

Coupon promotions, which require users to enter a code as you check out. Coupon codes are offered to customers via email, the postal service or on our website.
Onsite promotions are available to all customers without the use of a coupon code. Onsite promotions can only be found and redeemed at Calendars.com.

How do I redeem my coupon?

Here is how to redeem your coupon code. During checkout:

Select shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then, add the coupon code in the box on the bottom left-hand side of the cart. You will see the discount reflected in the subtotal and can proceed to checkout.
On the fourth step of checkout, at Payment information, there is a coupon code box above where you enter your credit card. Enter the coupon code in the box and click claim coupon.
The final option for entering a coupon for your order is on the 'Order Review' step of checkout. The box is located at the top of the page.

If you have entered the Coupon Code correctly, and meet the qualifications of the coupon, you will see the amount saved reflected in your order total.

Double-check the requirements of your coupon to make sure they are met, since every coupon has different rewards and requirements. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, redeemed for cash, combined with other offers or applied more than once on the same order. Coupons with a dollar value will be applied to the merchandise subtotal, before any shipping charges or taxes have been added.

Coupons for Free Shipping applies to Standard US shipping only, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US postal territories or internationally are excluded from this offer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid. Considerations in refund amount will also be made when requesting a refund on orders using a coupon that requires a multiple piece purchase.

How many coupon codes can I use when I place my order?

Calendars.com allows only one (1) coupon code per order.

Can I use a promotion code more than once?

At Calendars.com, users may only use one coupon code per order. Some coupon codes can only be used once and some will allow use on multiple orders. If you enter one of our single use coupon codes, our system will notify you that the coupon has already been claimed.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We do offer additional discounts for Large Bulk Orders, Corporate Gifts and Overstocked titles. If you already know what you would like to order and would like an estimate please provide the following information:

Title & product number (the product number is located on the product information page, above the price.)
Quantity needed
Date you would need the product by.
A potential shipping address so we can estimate tax/shipping cost.
Please specify if you would like to be contacted back via email or by phone along with time of day preferable for contact.
