WHY DIDN'T MY WHOLE ORDER SHIP?


Preorder or Backorder Items

Orders that contain preorder or backorder merchandise will ship at a later date. The estimated arrival date is located on the product detail page.
When you place your order, if your order contains multiple preorder items, we will hold your order until all of the items are available to ship.

If your order contains in stock gift items, games, toys, perpetual undated calendars, or calendars whose start date begins in 10 days, we will automatically split your order into multiple shipping groups and ship the in stock items.

At any time you can contact our Customer Service Team and request that your order be manually split.


Multiple Shipping Groups

Orders that contain both in stock merchandise and merchandise that is not in stock may split into multiple shipping groups.

The items that are in our warehouse will usually ship out of our Fulfillment Center in Austin within 1 business day and arrive within the appropriate shipping service level.

Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday with the exception of intervening holidays. Click here for more information about shipping time frames.

Order Delayed

Occasionally, we may experience an inventory issue that briefly delays your order. Our Customer Service Team will attempt to contact any affected customers within 1 business day. If you have questions about your order's shipping status, click here or contact our Customer Service Team.
