RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund, or you may exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value.

  • All items must be in their original condition. Please return items in their original shrink wrap.
  • We are willing to make exceptions as needed, as long as the item has not been written in or shows no signs of usage such as creases, folds, etc.
  • All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to ensure that they are not creased or otherwise damaged in the return shipment.
  • You will receive a full refund of the product's purchase price minus original shipping charges.
  • Our goal is to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving them back in our warehouse. During peak, holiday season, please allow up to 7 days for additional, holiday volume.
  • Calendars.com is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

What is your return policy for items purchased in a Go! Calendars or Go! Games store?

Returns and Exchanges of merchandise from Go! Calendars and Go! Games Stores should be first attempted at the store. If the store is closed please contact our Customer Service team. For all refunds and exchanges, merchandise must be unopened and in salable condition. Refunds greater than $200 will be issued a check from our home office.

  1. If your items are defective, you must first contact our Customer Service team.Please be prepared to provide your name, and receipt information.
  2. If you are returning an order for other reasons, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and click Submit.
  3. Print out the RMA form and include it with your return.

  6. All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to insure they are not damaged in return shipment.
  7. Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received with the completed Return Merchandise Form.

  • With receipt (fewer than 30 days old): Refund or exchange for the purchase price
  • Without a receipt (or receipt older than 30 days): Exchange only for the current discounted price of product

Products purchased from December 26 through January 31

  • Exchange only for the current discounted price of the product

With a Gift Receipt

  • Exchange only for the original purchase value
