To register, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, and a password.You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping and billing addressat your leisure. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.

By clicking on 'My Account' at the top of every page, you can access your account with Calendars.com. You can change your account information at any time, as well as check the status of your latest orders.

Any time you visit Calendars.com, you should sign in to your account via the 'My Account' link at the top of every page. This will allow you to access your account easily while you are browsing and shopping.

I am trying to register, but it says my email address is already in use. What do I do?

If you receive the message that your email address is already in use you have either placed an order as a Registered User or checked out as a Guest in the past.

To access your account, click here and enter your email address.You will be emailed a link to an account page with all of the Login IDs associated with your email address.

Next, select the account you wish to access and update your password for. Once you have clicked on the account you will be directed to this page:

Enter a new password and confirm the password then click 'Submit'

You will then be directed to the Log In page where you will enter your email address and your new password:

Help! I can't log in.

Calendars.com Registered User

Be sure you are using the same Login ID you have used in the past.

If you have forgotten your Login ID or Password, click here and enter your email address to be directed to a page with all Login IDs associated with your email address.

Click on the Login ID of the account you wish to update and update your password.

Facebook User

Facebook accounts can only be merged with one Calendars.com Registered User account. Once merged, they cannot be unmerged. However, one can delete the Calendars.com app from their Facebook profile.

To log in as a Facebook User, enter the email address and password associated with your Facebook account.
Select "Okay" to agree to the terms of service.
If you have an existing account, we will offer you the opportunity to merge the accounts.
If not, a new Facebook User account will be created.

If you have forgotten your Login ID or Password, use the Facebook Login ID and Password retrieval system.

 

What do I have so many accounts?

Typically, customers with multiple accounts have taken advantage of our guest checkout option. Guest checkout allows one to purchase merchandise without logging in to an account.

To enable customers to access their guest accounts, we present each account associated with a particular email address. This gives one the flexibility to check order status, review products ordered, print invoices, etc.

Once you are logged in to a guest account, we encourage you to update all of your account information to reflect the most up to date contact information.

 

I have multiple accounts. Which one should I use?

Your primary account is typically the account where your email address and login ID are the same.

Accounts ending with "emailaddress^^^1" are guest accounts. These typically contain one order.

To access your most recent guest account, find the login ID with the highest number at the end of the "^^^."

For example, guest@guest^^^6 contains more recent orders than guest@guest^^^2.

 

I requested my password be emailed to me, but I never received it.

Email spam-blocking software

Some internet service providers, such as AOL & Yahoo, have very powerful spam-blocking tools that may block our automated emails. Please check your spam blocker settings. This issue can usually be resolved by adjusting your settings to allow emails from Calendars.com.
