PAYMENT METHODS


To edit or delete any payment option.

1) Log in to your Calendars.com account.

2) Click on My Account (located at the top right-hand side next to Log Out) and then select Manage Credit Cards.




From here you can then make the necessary changes such as new expiration date or billing address by clicking the links below each saved card. You can also add additional payment options in the form below any saved cards. To save the changes hit the 'Submit' button. If you wish to delete the credit card in your profile, hit the Delete Card button.

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for all orders. We do not accept other brands of cards or company purchase orders. All payments must be in US funds only.

You will be prompted for your credit card information during the Payment section of checkout when placing an order. To protect your account against fraudulent, credit card activity, we require you enter the security code for each purchase.

When you place your next order with us, and login with the correct password, you will find all of your information in place. If you decide later that you would like to remove your information from our server or change it, you may do so by logging in to the "My Account" page (the link is in the upper right-hand corner of each page). Choose Payment Options, Delete Entry or make your changes, and then click Save My Changes.

We use a leading banking industry service to clear transactions. If this service tells us that the card information you submitted is not valid, we will notify you during the checkout process or by email.

If you would like to use a different card, or if you believe this information is in error, please contact our Customer Service team.

Pre-paid Credit Cards
Pre-paid credit cards work similarly to bank issued credit cards. However, most prepaid credit cards must be pre-authorized for online transactions. To use your pre-paid credit card online, call the toll free number listed on the back and request to activate for online purchases.

Debit Card Users
Please note that debit cards are processed differently than credit cards.
The amount you debit is immediately held and may not be available for withdrawal from your account. Even if you cancel your order, the amount authorized may not be available to you for up to 10 days depending on your bank’s policy.

Money Orders
We will accept money orders for all orders.
Please contact Customer Service to place an order and request payment by money order. All payments must be in US funds only. Orders will not ship until payment is received. Placing an order with Customer Service does not guarantee product availability.

Checks
We will accept personal checks, company checks, or cashiers checks on orders of $100.00 or more. Please contact Customer Service to place an order and request payment by check. All payments must be in US funds only. All check orders will be held for ten days pending bank approval. Items will not ship until the mandatory holding period has passed. Placing an order with Customer Service does not guarantee product availability.

PayPal
Customers with PayPal Accounts may checkout online using PayPal. We are unable to take PayPal as a method of Payment for transactions placed over the phone. During the check out process you will be offered the choice of using a credit card or PayPal.
