This set of four 2" x 3" magnets features images of Marilyn Monroe by photographer Sam Shaw. In 1951 Sam Shaw a very young, unknown and out of work actress named Marilyn Monroe. He was photographing Marlon Brando on the set of "Viva Zapata!" and the film's director Elia Kazan asked Marilyn to drive Sam to the studio each day because he didn't have a driver's license. It was the start of a great friendship and professional collaboration that is forever captured in Shaw's iconic photographs. Shaw became Marilyn's life-long friend, mentor and confidant.
